JSP Core One is a modular gaming audio concept designed for gamers and creators who want immersive sound without the discomfort of traditional headsets.
A modular, comfort-first audio system designed around low-profile setups, portable creator workflows, and the kind of hardware freedom traditional gaming headsets can't give you.
IEM — Early Hardware Study
Creator monitoring earphones designed around all-day comfort and immersive gaming audio. Lightweight, low-profile, comfort-first by design.
Microphone — Concept V1
A compact clip-on wireless mic concept engineered for clean voice pickup — no boom arm, no headset, no desk clutter.
Receiver — Latency Research
A low-latency USB-C receiver concept intended to bridge wireless audio into competitive gaming workflows at desktop or console.
Industrial Design Exploration
Each component is designed to work as an integrated system — and independently for everyday carry, studio sessions, or portable gaming.
The frustrations are real, consistent, and shared by millions of players. Heavy. Hot. Bulky. The same complaints, every session. JSP Core One started as a response to all of them.
Clamping force builds up fast. After a few hours it stops being uncomfortable and starts being genuinely distracting.
Closed ear cups trap heat against your skin. Long sessions in any environment eventually become a heat and sweat problem.
A massive, consistent pain point. Over-ear headsets and glasses simply don't coexist well — and that affects millions of players daily.
Gaming headsets are engineered to sit on a desk stand. For creators and mobile players, portability is an afterthought at best.
You stop noticing the weight mid-session. You notice it when you take the headset off and your neck and shoulders remind you it was there.
Wires that tangle, restrict movement, and wear out at their connectors. A small daily frustration that adds up over every session.
No clamping. No heat trap. The physical form factor is being designed around long-session wearability as the primary engineering constraint.
Comfort-Focused ArchitectureIntended to go everywhere — desk gaming, mobile sessions, studio work, travel. A genuine everyday carry audio ecosystem, not a desktop-only peripheral.
Creator Workflow ExplorationThe receiver concept is being explored specifically to achieve wireless latency low enough for real-time competitive gaming without compromise.
Latency Optimization ResearchA clip-on wireless mic concept designed for clean, unobtrusive voice pickup — built for streaming, gaming comms, and content creation.
Early Hardware Study
JSP Core Audio began with a simple frustration:
gaming headsets were never designed for comfort during long sessions.
I've been gaming for years, and the same problems kept coming back. The clamp. The heat.
The weight that builds up over hours. I'd look at how good earbuds had gotten for everyday
listening, and I kept wondering — why doesn't anything like this exist for gaming?
JSP Core One started as a personal answer to that question. A vision to combine
immersive gaming audio with the lightweight freedom of creator-grade audio gear.
Something portable. Something you can wear all day. Something that doesn't force you to choose
between performance and comfort.
It's early. We're in concept and design exploration. But the problem is real —
and I believe the right solution can be built.
JSP Core One is being designed around one idea: gaming audio that feels as good as it sounds. These are the principles guiding every decision we make.
Designed to be worn for hours without fatigue, pressure, or heat buildup. Comfort-first isn't a claim — it's the primary constraint shaping the entire hardware direction.
Design GoalIntended to serve both gaming and creative workflows. The audio signature is being explored to balance positional gaming clarity with the frequency response creators need for monitoring.
Audio ExplorationOur goal is a complete audio system that disappears into your setup. No bulk, no boom arm, no desk clutter. Minimal hardware footprint for serious audio performance.
Industrial Design StudyEach component is designed to work as part of the integrated system — and independently. IEM only. Mic only. Full system. Use what you need.
System ArchitecturePlanned for real portability — not as a travel mode, but as the standard. Built for players who move between setups and expect their audio to keep up.
Creator WorkflowNo aggressive gamer aesthetic. JSP Core One is designed to look as intentional in a studio as it does at a gaming desk — clean, considered, understated.
Design DirectionAn honest look at where JSP Core Audio stands right now. No manufactured timelines. Just real progress.
The core idea — a comfort-first gaming audio ecosystem — was validated as a meaningful problem worth solving and committing to.
CompletedThe three-component system (IEM + Clip Mic + USB-C Receiver) was established as the product architecture and creator audio strategy.
CompletedComponent layout, dimensional study, and early ecosystem blueprint work completed. Internal design reference documents produced and iterated.
CompletedPhysical form factor, ergonomic comfort geometry, and hardware aesthetics defined. Design language locked in and documented for production reference.
CompletedDriver configurations, wireless chipset selection, and low-latency audio pipeline research completed. Component candidates identified and evaluated.
CompletedFirst physical prototypes of the JSP Core One IEM, clip mic, and receiver dongle are actively being developed. Comfort fit, acoustic tuning, and wireless reliability are being validated in real conditions.
In ProgressPrototype testing underway — long-session comfort evaluation, audio performance benchmarking, and wireless latency validation across gaming and creator use cases. Feedback is actively shaping the next revision.
In ProgressActively engaging production partners and evaluating manufacturing feasibility. Exploring material sourcing, unit economics, and quality benchmarks that support an accessible price point without compromise.
In ProgressWhen the product clears testing and manufacturing validation — and not before. A launch that reflects everything JSP Core One was designed to be, for the community that helped shape it.
